We're now looking for a Social Media & Communications specialist to  support the development and implementation of content strategies and initiatives.

• This internship is unpaid. Our team enjoys discounts on our products and can join external benefit programms.
• Min commitment: 480 hrs. Ideally spread out over a  period of 6 months on a part-time basis (20 hours/week). For shorter internships, more hours/week can be agreed.
• Starting date to be agreed.
• 100% remote.
• We welcome university-mandatory internships. 

Your tasks

●        You will create visual and written content for our marketing and social media channels (e.g. e-mail marketing, Instagram, TikTok, and website) and make sure that it is relevant, current and adequate for the target group.

●        You will manage our Social Media community and interact with our audience through active engagement.

●        Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns in relation to lead generation, customer acquisition/loyalty and customer journeys.

●        You will monitor the performance of the campaigns and optimize the conversion rate (e.g. through customer feedback, ...).

●        You will research best practices, trends, competitor strategies etc to improve the quality of the campaigns

●        You will utilise online marketing tools such as SEO, SEM, keyword research, quality management, copywriting etc…to achieve your goals.

●        You will plan and implement paid ads campaigns (Google, Facebook...)

Your profile

●        Fluent in English, written and spoken is a must. Other languages are welcome.

●        Strong communicator

●        You are studying or finished business administration, marketing, communications, graphic design or business informatics, with a focus on online marketing.

●        You have already some experience in digital marketing / digital communication and you feel very comfortable moving within different social media channels

●        You understand the basics of data analytics (google and social media insights)

●        Comfortable using Microsoft office

●        Familiar with graphic design tools like Canva, Illustrator or Adobe

●        Willing to learn and demonstrating a high level of commitment and reliability

●        Affinity to sustainability and environmental issues

●        Organised and with good planning and project management skills
