In our shop you will find items that we simply promote. In those cases the product link takes you directly to the producer or seller website where you can place your order directly. The transaction including shipment and payment is completed by our partners, and therefore shipping costs and policies are stablished by them. Please check in detail the seller shipping policies before ordering. 

If you order any products from our own Green Cloud Nine Brand or orders processed directly by us (add to cart /checkout button on the product page) the shipment costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, product weight and order value. 

 

Shipping Rates:

Multiple Shipments:

  • Please note that items from different suppliers may arrive separately. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
  • Please note that if your customer’s order consists of items from different brands, these are handledas separate orders for shipment. As a result, shipping charges apply for each supplier. For example: 
    • 1. If you order three pairs of XYZ socks, these will be dispatched as a single order. Accordingly, you will be charged for the shipping cost of one order.
    • 2. However, if a customer orders one pair of XYZ socks and one 123 laptop bag, they will be treated as separate orders. You will be charged separately for the shipping of each order.

We understand the convenience of receiving all items in a single package for your customers. Rest assured, we are actively working on a solution to streamline this process and aim to offer consolidated shipping in the near future. 

  • This rate applies to all shipments within the European Union.

Order Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Each supplier processes their orders separately, so you may receive multiple shipments depending on the suppliers of your items.
  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information for each shipment.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Deliveries within the European Union typically take 3-6 business days after dispatch.
  • Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and any potential customs delays.

Shipping Address Errors:

  • Please ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for shipments sent to the wrong address due to customer error.
