Refund policy

At Green Cloud Nine, you will find some products where the Buy Button takes you directly to the supplier's website where you can complete your purchase. In those cases, the supplier's policies apply. 

For KIND Rituals products that you buy directly from us, Green Cloud Nine is responsible and the following policy applies. 

Return Policy:

We comply with the European Union's standard return policies, including the right of withdrawal as per EU consumer protection laws.

  • Right of Withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day you receive your goods.

 

  • Return Process:
    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at support@greencloudnine.com and we will respond as soon as possible with the instructions you should follow to process the return. 
      DO NOT RETURN THE GOODS DIRECTLY

    • When contacting us, please provide:

      • Your order number.
      • Indicate if the item is for a return or an exchange.

    • Please note that we can only accept a return if:

      • The product is returned within 30 days of the original order date. 
      • The product is unused, undamaged, and retains all original labels.
      • The product is not personalised.

    • You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the item is defective or damaged. Returns for items from different suppliers must be handled separately.

 

  • Refunds: Once our sellers receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items may be exempt from returns, including:

  • Perishable goods
  • Personalized or custom items

 

Shipping Address Errors:

  • Please ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for shipments sent to the wrong address due to customer error.
