Business & Strategy Intern

Green Cloud Nine is a sustainability-focused NGO working to make sustainable living more accessible through practical information, digital content, education and carefully selected products and resources.

As a Business & Strategy Intern, you’ll get hands-on experience in a growing NGO and support the development of our organisation, programmes and future initiatives. You’ll work across research, strategy, partnerships and projects, gaining insight into what it takes to build and grow a purpose-driven organisation.

Your tasks

• Define and execute the business strategy in close collaboration with the CEO.
• Identify and reach out to potential customers via social media, email, and telephone to build relationships and manage the lead pipeline.
• Contribute to email campaigns and marketing materials to engage target audiences.
• Analyze sales and market data to continuously refine and improve growth strategies.
  

Your profile

• Fluency in written and spoken English is a must.
• Currently studying Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Business Informatics.
• Prior experience interacting with customers and generating leads (virtually or in person).
• Experience in digital marketing or communications, with comfort across various social media channels.
• Eagerness to learn, coupled with high commitment and reliability.
• Organized with strong planning and project management skills.
• Affinity for sustainability and environmental issues.

Internship details

Duration: Preferably 6 months or longer
Working hours: Part-time, approximately 20 hours/week
Location: 100% remote
Start: Immediately
Compensation: Unpaid
Preferred: University-mandatory internships
